About the Business
Firstly I would like to complement you on your very efficient company and web site. I have contacted many other ticket companies and not only do you offer the best value for money but your company is the best one I've come across in my (and my daughters!)
PTP is a small family business run by Joan Arnold and her two kids John Arnold and Ruth Heasman. John does all the techie stuff that you really don't want him to explain unless you have trouble sleeping. Ruth is our design guru and is almost single handedly responsible for the massive selection of ticket templates. Joan is the boss, and we know it.
